About the Technology Implementation Department

The Technology Implementation department comprises approximately 60 skilled professionals, organized into two primary areas: CTO Advisory & Digital Identity. These areas encompass six sub-teams working collaboratively to provide top-notch technology consulting and solutions across diverse industries. The department serves as a strategic partner to clients, assisting them in managing, streamlining, and documenting employee access to critical business systems and data.

About the Position and Responsibilities

As a member of the Digital Identity team, you will join a group of 35-40 specialists dedicated to maintaining clients’ digital identities and access management at the highest security standards. Close collaboration with clients is essential in developing customized solutions tailored to their specific requirements. The Technology Implementation department is committed to delivering superior technological solutions to enhance client capabilities.

Within the cybersecurity realm, Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions play a pivotal role in organizing and securing identity and user rights management. These solutions streamline user administration processes, reduce dependency on manual interventions, and ensure necessary documentation. As a Senior Associate/Manager, you will contribute to designing and implementing IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for PwC’s clients. Drawing upon your expertise, you will assess, strategize, and deploy IAM and PAM frameworks aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end IAM and PAM solutions.
• Provide expertise in integrating IAM and PAM solutions with diverse systems, applications, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on IAM and PAM best practices and the utilization of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IAM and PAM.
• Profound understanding of IAM and PAM concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with IAM and PAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) are advantageous.
